In the morning, after a good breakfast, we spent a full day visiting the main areas of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Our stop will be Ubrique, the place par excellence of leather, firms such as Channel, Louis Vuitton, among others, jealously guard the designs in this beautiful town between mountains and forests. We will visit the Leather Museum to learn about, among other curiosities like these, the tanning process and the final product, as well as its history. We take an urban walk through what was the old Jewish quarter, alleys and squares await us at every turn of the corner, until we reach one of the viewpoints to contemplate the incredible views of Ubrique.

We continue the trip to Zahara de la Sierra, nestled on the hill with the castle as the protagonist, we will visit the historic center, where we can also visit an 18th century oil mill and learn the secrets of “liquid gold”. We will take advantage of the visit to Zahara to be able to have lunch and taste some of its traditional dishes.

After lunch, we return to Arcos, but making a return stop in Grazalema, in the heart of the Natural Park. Here, we will visit the historic center and have free time to purchase artisan gastronomic products such as the famous “payoyo” cheese.

On this day, we will visit the southern part of the province of inland Cádiz, in the foothills of the Arcornocales Natural Park and close to the sea.

After breakfast, we go on a full day excursion to the town of Vejer de la Frontera. Considered the First White Town, we will visit its beautiful old town. The beautiful Jewish quarter with the Arch of the Nuns as the protagonist and continuing to the Cobijada viewpoint (a curious story that we will discover) to admire the views of the town. We will finish in the Plaza de España, the work of Aníbal González to enjoy an aperitif before continuing.

Returning to Arcos, and leaving Vejer behind, we visit Medina Sidonia (note for fans of La Pantoja: on the way you pass the La Cantora farm). Upon arrival, we have lunch in a traditional restaurant. After lunch, we visit the hermitage of the Martyrs, the oldest in Andalusia, we will walk through its narrow streets visiting the Arco de Belén, de la Pastora and Puerta del Sol. Medina Sidonia, with a history of more than 3000 years of history, is located at the top of the Cerro de las Madres, being the territory of historical importance and a Ducal legacy of the most important in the country. We finish the visit in Santa María Coronada, a masterpiece of Mudejar art.

Among the worst things that exists, is the farewell. But we must leave behind a region of historical and architectural value of the most important to return to Seville (airport / train station) and stay with the experience. After breakfast, we check-out and move back to Seville. But this time our route will go through the North area to make a stop in Olvera, our last white town. To enjoy a guided walk visiting the castle and the views, with a farewell before continuing to the point of return.
