In recent years we have created incredible memories and connected cultures with the intention of making the world a better place through travel.
In these unprecedented moments it is the first time in our history that we cannot achieve our goal.
The rapid spread of the coronavirus has forced us all to take a break, not travel, stay home, and take care of each other.
This has resulted in our services being suspended until June 23, 2020. If you have a service booked with us before that date, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to take advantage of this break to renew our appreciation of the world and prepare to create new memories with an improved and renewed attitude.
About Our Cancellation Policies:
To help you with planning your next trip, we are being more flexible with our terms and conditions for clients who book directly with us or through their usual travel agency.
About Protection Measures:
Guided visits. Being our philosophy of private visits, the safety distance from visits by large groups is guaranteed. Our guides wear a mask. The audio system is disinfected with approved products and in some cases they are disposable.
Vehicles. Before the arrival of COVID_19, our vehicles are cleaned and disinfected every day, with more emphasis on those most common contact elements: armrests, handles, steering wheel. All of our drivers wear masks. In the travel circuits we provide masks for those clients who need them.
Monuments. The management of access and security protocols of each monument corresponds to the managing entities. If you need more information about the monuments you want to visit, contact us.
Upgrade:
We will inform you through this page of any changes in current regulations as well as possible changes in action protocols.
